They have one at VF solutions available for try-on. Its a large-regular. Otherwise you have to guess from a sizing chart.

Overall very nice, but I would have gone with a removable fleece liner.

$200. 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Once it arrives my leather jacket is going in the basement until I need to pull it out with my docksiders and weave belt for a 1980s retro party...

Seems nice, the picture link seems accurate to me (minus the NF logo)

it is waterproof, detachable hood, insulation lining is zippered in. I didn't try and take it out, but NorthFace has a pretty good rep.

Might as well spend Fred's money to try out a new jacket--would make it easier to blend w/ the hockey punks up in AK

I went and looked at it, ordered it. Have to say it is a very nice jacket!! One other way to separate myself further from the tools who wear their leather jackets out to dinner.

I was going to buy one but, now I think I will just continue being a "tool"

You don't need to buy a special parka to separate yourself from the people you call "tools" because of the outerwear they choose to don... A few words to the "tools" and they'll happily help you separate yourself. Simple, really.

I'll agree with Magic that it is rather "tool"-ish to go out in public in the leather jacket with the patches removed. especially if more than one of the group of two or three has the exact same ensemble - quite lame.

balance that, of course, with trying to stuff another, less conspicuous, jacket into an already overstuffed suitcase for a two-week trip. It's a tradeoff for sure.

but, it's not nearly as tool-ish as the guys who wear the uniform pants and shoes with the same 80's-style polo shirt every evening out on a 5-day plus trip. Now THAT's a tool - (no kidding, I've seen it here at FedEx, believe it or not)

what's up with some of these guys? (at least that guy would go out - not a slam-clicker, I gotta give him that)

Fashionistas. You guys have spent way too much time watching Queer Eye and are far too concerned with other men's wardrobes.

So does the parka have a removable lining that can be worn separately??? It would be nice to have it in the fall when the temps are not so bad..... anyone?

Warning, if you wear the liner by itself and Magic Rat will never hang with you.
