That's a subject that came out right after the firing.... not a bad idea either. Compared to some of the other options... say, one of the current officers moving up? I'm ready for a clean sweep of the top three.

While I do think something "shady" went on with the whole FE thing, it behooves us to move on. I'm not saying forget about it...I'm just saying we need to keep looking forward. Unfortunately, it's a done deal, the resignation is in and can't be undone. Moving forward will benefit us all.
I disagree deuce, If we just get behind the new guy DW will think he can get away with whatever he wants.

I have said it before I will not vote for anything as long as DW, DM and WR are in office.

They need to step down for unity and the good of all of us

If we don't know the reasons why FE resigned, we haven't learned anything from what just happened.

Those who ignore the past are doomed to repeat it.

Default FDX - Let's take proper care of DW

DW hasn't treated the crew force with proper respect, maybe because he's been positioning himself for National office (have you seen what those guys get paid!*?).

In light of the Age 60 debacle, substandard FDA LOA, lack of 777 pay (but we have A380 pay/757 narrowbody pay - whoopee) and possible pending furloughs, we should return the favor ... what can we do to make it more difficult for him?

Any ideas ... discuss.

Mark

I say again,

Why would someone volunteer to be NC Chair now without knowing what happened to our last Chair? I don't think anyone would without getting "inbriefed".

Should they be "in on the secret" while the rest of the crew force is left to scratch their heads in wonder?

Maybe we should all apply for the job, just to get the inside scoop briefing on what happened....
