EVERY time I've operated the flight from ONT-ANC its completely full, sometimes with a 6th guy trying to get a ride. Anyone who thinks the ANC commute is worth it needs to talk to some commuters.
The buzz I heard on the 400 was that they were trying to get them ALL in the pac rim, that means getting them off of the SDF-ANC leg, and there would be no ONT-ANC leg. That means a net reduction in jumpseats.

the last bid pack indicated that ONT-ANC-ONT is going to the -400.
