You've got to be joking. You're either clueless or you're a management plant trying to incite derision. If you are legit and you want to work yourself to an early grave at 65, go ahead. Many here don't want to work to 65 to earn what they were promised they would receive at 60.

Well said. I don't want to be forced to work an additional 5 years in order to receive my full retirement.

Auger in: you'll still be able to go at 60, it will just be at a 2% per year penalty....unless we dictate that change. How about a 1.5%/year penalty? 1%?

numbersguy - How about a 0% penalty for retiring at age 60? If guys want to work an additional 5 years to simply make more money, best of luck to them. However, we should not be penalized for retiring at 60.
