FlexEx, that's our new airline name. Why? Management has adopted a policy of "flexing" the number of operational aircraft as they relate to market demand, and 4A2B provides them with a double whammy allowing them to "flex" our BLG's right along with the number of aircraft.
If this doesn't infuriate you, then you are too into yourself to care. As for me, I am pi$$ed. I'll tell you one thing, we better win these grievances or this will be the beginning of taking what used to be a great job and turning into a JOKE.

a perfect name for the company now that our Flt. Mgmt. continues to extort money from the hard working line pilots in an effort to redistribute monies to their balance sheet. Now Mgmt. will attempt to re-align the seniority list that they created through an excess posting, which may have been averted over a year ago, had they been willing to cooperate with our union leadership, ie (Fred Eissler) in taking steps too reduce costs associated with the manning issue. I guess FlexEx is flexable only if it's their idea and their are some MBO points in it for them.
