FDX - Open Time Bots

Someone tell me why I have to enter that stupid number just to check a trip recap?
For what it's worth, I'm happy they stopped the denial of service style attacks the super clickers were unleashing on VIPS. But, like always, they went too far...
I wonder how other airline's deal with multiple users online? I think they have real time trading. Can't have that, it would be an un-negotiated benefit enhancement. We're in a suck'em till their dry mode right now.
We can't even fix our software to let Military leave folks stay in CASS.

You guys are clueless or just sticking your head in the sand to pretend that it is not happening but, IT IS HAPPENING!
People in our company have software that can autobid for them and automatically input the CAPTCHA code. They take it from other applications and modify it to fit ours.
Call it what you want, but when guys are still picking up mil charters while airborne, and can seem to do it every single month, it is more than coincidence.
The new "enter the 6 digit code" CAPTCHA has done nothing but help the hardcore bot users. No squiggle, no blur, same file name for all unique characters, doesn't take a genius to break that one.
How come the same 7 guys in the MD11 FO seat get every new mil charter, ridiculous DH trip, hmmmmm. Until these guys get their dream schedule none of us have a chance at picking up open time.
A more difficult CAPTCHA would put a momentary halt on the bots, until then have fun trading OT sh*t like me.

Just take a look at MD open time the week or so after open time starts.
A small group gets the lions share off all the juicy charters and extra trips.
I bet the programing involved is really very basic.

It is not too difficult to figure out which small group of jr guys have the gucci stuff not available to peeps outside the circle of trust.

The number is around 200. I counted it. Set the firefox for reload at 1 min, had to put in a code once every 5 min. Took just under 4 hours. And yes, I did find a trip. I didn't do but one trip p/u attempt so I don't know if that number goes into the open time request number. I was reallowed back into Open time the following day. I think the reset is midnight Memphis time.

Your boy Junior Bubba picked up yet another nice international trip last week! Since he hides his schedule now I couldn't tell if he was airborne when he got this one or not. I do know he is not on any trips he was awarded on his line so he must be flying some good stuff for a junior guy! Wonder what he is trying to hide? Still would like to know how he picks up trips while in the air over Europe. Anyway, the BOT Blockers don't appear to have slowed him down at all.
Trip 3192 MEM 11 17MAR09 (XTRA)
And he does it again! Another day, another awesome charter for this savvy, calendar hiding junior Capt! Before he hid his calendar you could see he flew nothing but charters month after month. His F/O seems to be on extra trips a lot as well for being so junior. Anyway, killing the BOTS may have taken down VIPS traffic, but it has hardly leveled the playing field. In fact, it seems to have allowed the rich to get richer IMO.
