Talked to a buddy last night who's FO is a right seat qual'd Capt ACP. The ACP told him that CRS couldn't get an FO to fly the trip. Apparently the scheduler was perplexed and asked why its so hard to fill trips and the ACP told the scheduler that they're PO'd that there isn't a new contract yet! Gotta love it!

I know how tough is is when they start waving $1000 dollar bills in your face for a couple easy legs and a layover in SEA -or some other nice place. BUT you 'all' have to consider the ramifications for the rest of your lives -if you don't hang in there and make them park a lot of jets.

Yea, same here, but avoiding VIPS>Vacation System>Answer Buyback Solicitation is MUCH MORE effective!

all the post here are for md11 schedules. any words from the other planes. I'm on the bus but live in CO so I don't ever get called even when we're not in negotiations. There's still quite a bit of open time in the f/o seat, which is unusual.
