Default FDX Modified Reserve Lines

Anybody else notice that they're now picking and choosing which seats get to drop an r-day? MemA300 capts drop a day, but nothing for the fo. Granted our RLG is 6 hrs higher, but it's still 10 hrs short of normal. Complete BS.

Only lose the R day if the average BLG in your crew position that month was below 62 CH (79 in a five-week bid period).

Then you should be getting an R day dropped.

You realize that reserve lines are published with the normal maximum number of R-days and after the bid award and prior to any conflict processing, the Company will remove an R-day with pay, from your reserve line, right?

Yes. But if you follow the bidpacks link on PFC, you will see an additional link for Modified Reserve Lines below each aircrafts' bidpacks. If you click that link for the MemA300 you will see that only the Capts have modified reserve lines with an X denoting the dropped day. Nothing for the FOs - hence my post. Maybe they'll still drop some random R day after the bid award, but by the looks of it, I kinda doubt it.

By the way, thanks for the info. I couldn't remember the exact criteria for dropping the R day. Guess I could've searched the FCIFs. Hopefully there was just some glitch in posting the modified FO reserve lines.

September - none of the bidpacks in the archives on P.F.com had "modified reserve lines"

September - company removed a day (with pay) after the awards - for the appropriate crew positions

Imagine it will work the same for Oct.

Not sure why some bidpacks have modified reserve lines and some don't??

maybe - those that have the modified lines they've just decided in advance which days they're going to drop - the others might be more fluid based on "OVER"-manning ;-)
