I guess you're in the minority because from what I hear it was a packed house. And what do you mean by resolve. What have they done to "show the Memphis guys?"

Heard through the rumor mill today that Bruce Cheever is on his way to Subic to talk to the boys. Suposedly they have been parking jets since they are refusing to do any draft or volunteer.
The subic people have been contributing thier 100% for the company. From the posts on this forum, it looks like the Memphis guys haven't been "sticking to their guns" on this issue (yes, I know that this message board isn't the most reliable source of accurate info )

For what it's worth...

First of all, I am a Memphis guy. And I will answer your question. They are not flying extra and the company is sending Memphis insructors(had them on my jumpseat) to cover for them. This sends a message to management that they are tired of the old contract and ready for a new one. Now if you would answer my question. Why did Cheever go over there? Why did Capt. Lewis go over there?

Apparently it was for the cheap beer and food !

It was to see what is going down there in person and maybe try to spread the BS to avoid sending more LCA's from MEM to fly SFS trips anymore ? I think it is pretty simple like someone esle said, they are giving their 100%. The MEM guys have left both disputed pairings for July (F/O MD11 that is) in open time sa far...WAY TO GO. I Think the MEM guys are getting closer to 100% too.
