I was there for the second night at Vasco's.

Jack talked for about 10 min. Mostly about Subic stuff, ie when and how things will be shut down. He paid for the beer and the food. Thanks Jack!

Mentioned looking at Ryan Air 737's as they have a bunch approaching D checks, and also mentioned Malayasia 737's.

Why did guys show up ? Free beer and food ? I think food and beer are pretty cheap in SFS.

Why ? is the real question. Isn't this type of stuff just like those famous lunch meetings in MEM. It is nothing against Jack, just business, a lonely CP in SFS would mean alot in my book.

Who cares about the 737's that I guess are now back on the table and the closing of the FDA is not for quite some time and I think will be well illustrated via the CBA. Bottom line, he went to see how come the SFS group is holding the line ! Way to go guys. Tell him "My Negotiating Committee Speaks for Me "

I was betting on that comment ! OK then, a CP with no pilots showing up would show the Company our resolve.

I was there and I like Jack. But no I did not show up. 2 years is too long no matter how many 50 cent San Miguels you buy me!

A perfect statement ! If we do our job the Negotiating Committee will bring us a ratifiable TA. I like Jack too, but it is just the way it has to be right now.
