81 Reserve lines. 117 regular lines. 31 secondary lines.

Just for clarification.

App window to open in November. Hiring up to 230 in fiscal year 2011 to start training in January. Initial 30 internal, around 30 from previous pool leaving around 170 off the street. Last number adjustable due to fleet changes/retirements but still a positive number in the right direction. 727 school house preparing for flux

Anywhere from 1 to about 25-30 depending on what is going on. A "typical" class might have about 16 (every 2 weeks). Of course it all depends on the sim scheduling and availability and such. When I was hired as an S/O in the 727. I went through with 15 other S/Os and some F/Os also. So that's why my class was about 25 people.

YMMV depending on what the company wants to do. The smaller classes were typically internal hires and were brought on the property in accordance with the completion of their contracted time. Of course that was all before we stopped hiring.

I hope this helps.

Thanks everyone for the great info.

What is a typical training schedule like?

Does crashpad life work while in training?

What recommendations would you make?

Thanks again.

Not much experience elsewhere but easiest training schedule you will ever have. However the 1st 727 S/O sim check is a real pain in the arse. Crash pad life works. You will get 3 days off in a row several times.

You will get a thousand different recommendations. It all depends on your situation. I prefer a Southaven MS crashpad. Most others will recomend collierville. Some even say downtown.
