So far negotiations are progressing, yes I know it is only the basic admin stuff, but at least they opened before the amendable date.
When they stall then I will raise my voice to stop any extra, but right now I just do not see your point.

I would think there will be a point when they will stall. Better to be proactive then reactive. Let them know our so called "resolve" early. But forget I said anything. I believe I am in the minority on this issue, so I will shut up.

I am extremely happy that things are pointed in the right direction for the company's benefit.
But I'm sorry--the shiny new toys (777s/757s/MD-11 HKG/CGN domicile/vacation buyback) don't distract me from the (insert your favorite adjective here) actions & history of the past 2 1/2+ years--or the ongoing contract negotiations.
My NEGOTIATING committee speaks for me. And the time is NOW to fix quite a few things.
[BTW, any bets for how much contract negotiations slow down after peak this year? Whaddya know--maybe we'll be "overmanned" again]
