Or they could fill it with those darn Irish Pilots that were gonna take over our HKG flying.

And they are negotiating with us why? Good will towards men? I dont think we have a lot of leverage either but we will have none after we solve all their problems.

I am all for renegotiating Section 6 of the current CBA, check it off as another TA. One vote for a new CBA that includes any new FDA provisions.

We don't have any leverage? Are you guys serious? This is pathetic!!

There is a reason management is even negotiating with us about the new FDA(s). And, anyone that's been here for the last 3 years should know that it's certainly not out of the goodness of their hearts. Think about it!!

Of course, the last time we negotiated an FDA LOA, our MEC made sure to convince 68% of you that it was the best we could get...We'd be fools not to take it...It would solidify our scope clause...Blah, blah, blah...

I say we TA a new section 6, with the new FDA improvements and wait to open the domiciles until we have a complete contract. In the meantime, SIBA the flying, just like we've been doing for the last 15+ years.

Why the big rush to get this settled before a contract? Hmmm..I wonder.

Thanks for the tip about Aarons Oct 27 update. Great read, would have missed it otherwise.

Aaron sounds like a well thought stand up guy. Everyone should read it.
