Anyone know how far back they want employment history?
The standard is normally 10 yrs.

Also, I get a red flag because of a gap in employment.
Is this an IT issue with a fix coming?

You have to add that gap like it's a job (a new entry), and put the dates and that you were unemployed, had the same issue yesterday.

Nope... the mighty T-6 is a pull down option! And even if it wasn't (like my trusty T-34), there's the "Other Trainers" option.

Did you apply, or not? It's a screening device--to keep the number of applications under XX,000 vs. 200,000.

If they receive 10,000 applications, that will bring in $750,000.
If they receive 13,333 applications, that will bring in ONE MILLION DOLLARS.

Four years ago some people on APC reported over 14,000 applied.

If the intent is to reduce the number of applications to make it easier to sort through, why wouldn't they just be more specific on the requirements. Such as raise the minimums, add some additional requirements, etc., to disqualify some of the lesser competitive applying pilots.

OBVIOUSLY if you want to work for FedEx, it's well worth the 75 dollars. I'm just surprised a multi-billion dollar company would ask for the money.

I noticed there was a spot for other trainers. Is this only for the military trainers? I didn't put any time listed there for all the instruction I have done on the civilian side and because of this at the bottom where it asks if you have been an instructor and how many hours it will not let me put anything in there. I was assuming they didn't care about my 1041 hrs of instruction in a cesna 172 but then how do I asnwer if I was an instructor and how many hrs?
