Anyone know how far back they want employment history?
The standard is normally 10 yrs. Also, I get a red flag because of a gap in employment. Is this an IT issue with a fix coming? |
You have to add that gap like it's a job (a new entry), and put the dates and that you were unemployed, had the same issue yesterday.

Nope... the mighty T-6 is a pull down option! And even if it wasn't (like my trusty T-34), there's the "Other Trainers" option.

$75 application fee vs. $5 Million Career..Hmmmm???
If they receive 10,000 applications, that will bring in $750,000. If they receive 13,333 applications, that will bring in ONE MILLION DOLLARS. Four years ago some people on APC reported over 14,000 applied. If the intent is to reduce the number of applications to make it easier to sort through, why wouldn't they just be more specific on the requirements. Such as raise the minimums, add some additional requirements, etc., to disqualify some of the lesser competitive applying pilots. OBVIOUSLY if you want to work for FedEx, it's well worth the 75 dollars. I'm just surprised a multi-billion dollar company would ask for the money. |
