Once again INDIVIDUALS of our pilot group displaying superior stupidity with the excuse of "whats good for me, well is good for me, screw the other 4500 FedEx pilots!".
Someone explain to me why we even have disputed pairings? Please!
Never mind it's been explained 10,000 times before, but I guess MK missed that e-mail...TOOOOLBAGGG!!!!!

Sadly, that's usually the case. Our "leadership" from our Captains is sadly replaced with ignorance and our junior crew force is towing the line!
Well done.

At least that explains First Officer assertiveness training.

I can't believe we have to run the shop for some of these oxygen thieves.

Had the opportunity presented itself, my bet is he would have picked them up as an F/O also. Maybe thats why they need to redo the Captain Course and include "your role as leader, mentor, etc..".

I know you can not be assigned via a normal line... or VTO without specifically requesting the DP..
Does the same rule apply for a Custom line given to the pilot coming out of ITU?
If the same rule applies.. then this NEW Captain has no excuse..
If the schedulers can give him whatever they want coming out of ITU.. then.... Maybe we shouldn't Draw and Quarter the new captain just yet...
As I recall... I didn't have any input as to the trips on my line after I was done with ITU in the '57 after the monthly bids had been awarded...
.... And just so you know.... I have never and will never fly a DP.
