You may communicate in whichever manner you deem appropriate. I decided to talk to TK directly. Don't know why you assume that I would have the company chasing me?

It was just an example!!!!! If you're willing to delete your thoughts just because someone may not like it what would you do if ups was out to get you??? Nobody said the brown is out to get you? Never mind, im glad you decided to communicate directly rather than airing our dirty laundry in the public eye Ive gone back and read every post and yet to see where i tried to air any dirty secrets. I've been in politics just as long as been a pilot and sometimes politicians try spin the facts and make the ones with real questions look like an idiot.

No comments as of late from the EB. Wondering if they aren't going back to the drawing board and reexamining this POS LOA?

It's not like its a total POS. It only benefits the most senior pilots. If you are junior and you want the time off you are SOL. If you are junior and you want a certain RDG you are SOL. That helps the company out being that the senior pilots make more and the company will save more if they take a leave.

We should have gotten something out of it. We should have gotten at least the ability to drop certain trips from your line or drop reserve days when you want...just like many many other carriers.

I see it as a prelude to a possible furlough. What side actually initiated this LOA and how and why it was initiated will truly never be known.

Good luck with that, they will not agree to that unless we give up some serious capital. They won't even let you improve your line much less drop a trip. Only method to improve your line is calling in sick, sad!

I don't see it that way, I see it as a prelude to lifting the solidarity policy after peak or refining it . According to Bob T. letter, the union approached the company with this plan.

Given that the company still believes we are overstaffed, it is difficult to envision having enough furloughees back in pay status to lift the solidarity policy anytime soon.

Given the way that someone was screaming about that very topic two years ago (Our EB sold us a bunch of (RDG) bull****!!) it is interesting that we still do not have that ability.

Ok, you really lost me here. What do your "examples" have to do with the IPA?
Totally irrelevant, in my opinion.

To answer your question, no…you shouldn't post more.
