You can order a new trench coat now in the 5 year replacement cycle in order to make a donation to Goodwill.

But I'm not comparing them to Nazis.
You, sir, must be in UPS labor to even think that the company treats us well. Or, you're ACP Hemko. Who is the only ACP that is delusional enough to think that line guys have things too good or that there is no such thing as a fatiguing pairing. All the other ACPs that don't support line guys know that they've sold their soul (Gummer).
At least I have a job, and it pays good, that's about it. FWIW

I can see that you fear a management stooge behind every tree and can't even begin to believe there are happy campers in the "forced labor" camp.
Sorry you are not happy.
We can, of course, never have things "too good". That would be impossible anywhere.
If you want to see yourself as one of Pavlov's experiments, that is ok, but there are happy dogs all around you getting all the food and water they need with no pain and little effort. They really don't need the lab techs to offer an encouraging word or a pat on the head.
Have a nice day.

It is easy to spot them on layovers. Look for a brown leather jacket, jeans and tennis shoes. The whining noise that doesn't stop when the engines spool down is a good clue also.

In 23 years of observing them, my observations are very different.
They PAY fairly well, because they treat a lot of people very badly - if they did NOT pay well, nobody would be willing to put up with them. Zero "pride" in the workforce.
I have NEVER seen one pilot here wear a UPS ballcap, tee shirt, or any other company identifying item when they are not working. Never. It's a job. It pays the bills. It is what it is.

I have never seen anyone wear a UPS article on time off in 23 years.
Regardless of what you do or how well you do it you are always just Labor and not really part of the team of partners.
Every manager used to have a framed saying about how they where all partners in the company and they went out of their way to let you know that you were not one of them, a stock holder.

They pay fairly well because the IPA has gotten it , not because they want too.

NURP pay rates? Look at what a Capt makes and draw you own conclusion!!
Oh BTW. I believe these guys are in for a rude awakening. Friend of mine in the Training Center tells me that T.N and "Knee Cap" has hired an outside "efficiency" group to look at the FQS "system". I hear there will be more than a few that wished they had signed their cards.
I guess we will see how these guys feel when they get fired or piled with more and more work till they break! We'll see who laughs last!

I don't like to see anyone lose their job, but these guys are doing our job. Everyone see's it. Management? What do you manage? You are simply a Non-Union-Replacement-Pilots. Plain and simple!!
Looks like there could be a big hiring wave soon so maybe they can get a job somewhere else and put their skills to work. The level of arrogance is what is truly amazing. This mostly comes from former IPA members. Amazing!
