You are proposing that UPS will ultimately fecalcan them, I doubt that one too.

Call me an optimistic pessimist ... it works well at this place !

Granted...

When on SDF layovers, since non-SDF types are relegated to leaving flight bags outside, I always put mine in the rack under the big banner that says:

Expectation Zero

One of those motivational reminders to keep my perspective "reasonable".

Word is that, Davis' microscopic bean counters are starting a top to bottom review of the whole FQS system, and will finally be exacting the same efficiencies from them that they have from the rest of the company. Davis may have no interest in top line growth of this company, but he has done a masterful job of trimming not just to, but into the bone. Based solely on that, knowing how these buffoons are tripping all over each other there is fat to be cut. Plus, they will eat each other alive trying to stay alive. I especially wait to see some of our traitors get the axe and then wouldn't it be sad if every other union was supplied with their names as they crawl for interviews.

The company knows that they can't sign cards now, so there is no reason to coddle them or make more false promises. They are/should be (or will be when every other union finds out what they did) in essence scabs in the eyes of ALPA given we have real pilots on the street.

This line of thinking has merit. There are issues in motion currently that will back this up. Not necessarily good for either group (FQS and IPA), but I would be more nervous if my ID had an M on it.

I look forward to the day when I see some of these management clowns packing their bags and hats for the last time headed for the parking lot.

Who will write all the bulletins?

What would really be poetic justice would be to see the douce bag guys who were furloughed that took FQS positions shown the door. Probably never happen but one can dream......

Agreed, especially the last 2 who recently went over. Problem is they are drinking all the kool aid put in front of them and will bend over for the company in anyway, which our beloved management just loves.

But you should already know that ...
The best way to prevent that from happening is if the EB/NC only present a TA that eliminates the FQS system. Presenting a TA to the membership that leaves the FQS system the way it is now is stupid and makes me question the competence level of our EB. I sure hope these guys are listening.

Just curious what you're willing to give up to get this? Conflict bidding, pay, retirement.......?

I'll give up the sleep rooms in ANC and the "free" rollerboard we get every few years. Other than that, they can kiss my ass.

Do you really see this happening? Every time we pull a rabbit from our collective hats that is supposed to change the status quo it vanishes into thin air. Followed immediately thereafter by evil laughter somewhere in the darkness.
