Default Bid Anytime Soon?

Any good rumors on when the next bid might come out? Training in June and I might need options!

In training currently, and kept hearing end of March from those in the know so I would imagine anytime now. I was thinking end of the day today but that didn't happen.

I wouldn't hold your breath. I suspect the company fears an exodus from both FDAs and the bid is being held up by the HKG mess.

So do you feel that the company thinks that they can go without ever having another bid?

Of course not.

I believe they need/want various unresolved FDA issues dealt with before putting out a bid that will have US based primaries and secondaries available that nearly any FDA pilot can hold, coupled with then having to fill the empty slots left by vacating FDA crew members.

I could see this bid delayed for some time.

I've been curious about what the company would do if the 2 practice bids for the upcoming bid show nearly every pilot leaving HKG.
