If this is right the current and furloughed pilots have a lot to catch up on.
A company I worked for dissolved a few years after I left. The pilots are still asking for contact info for prospective employers, flying hour history, logbooks, training records, employment verification etc.
I hope your union contacts the former Comair MEC or any other airline that dissolved for help on what to do.
If Supernauts post is correct it will be a sad day Nov 29. Hopefully those on this board can reach out and help their friends over there.
A closed facebook group has been helpful for the former Comair employees to bring up questions and seek help on resume's. Just a thought.

I guess the writing was on the wall for a while. None-the-less it feels like the end of an era is coming down.
I hope all the fine airmen of Evergreen will find solace in the compassion coming their way from like minded folks.
Despite the perhaps meager consolation of spending the holidays at home with family, the ones that are able to continue with their passion for bringing home the goods will hopefully find a soft landing in some greener pastures.
Good fortune to all you good folks and thank you for being part of the equation for so long...

And others couldn't get hired anywhere else. But, I'm sure you were one of the visionaries.... funny how I run into so many more of those types than the slugs who couldn't land a major airline job at the time.
You also didn't answer my question.
You're in another section of this forum claiming 2 major airlines hired you without a degree which isn't accurate. Not to mention, it has no bearing on present day and those attempting to get hired at a major airline without a degree (which is what that thread was about).
What is accurate is that based on your own admission, you couldn't get hired at your current airline today.
