Besides, I am fairly sure UPS is still hiring managers. I got the annual letter in my V-file asking me to "join" their ranks!

No F#&*ing way these guys get anything but stapled to the very very bottom of the list. If in fact these discussions are taking place between UPS and the IPA, anything but the bottom would be a slap in face on every member of the IPA. They had thier chance as far as I am concerned!

I know this is all hypothetical and speculative, but I have a question about a potential FQS integration into the IPA seniority list:
If the FQS pilots were stapled, could they still exercise all their FAA evaluation/check airman privileges if they were FO's?
