DHL still has many, many contractors flying freight under the DHL banner, but Astar ceased operations last year.

And I agree with all of your other comments. $127 is regional pilot wages. Hold the line. Do not settle for less. At Astar, we held the line and we paid for it with our jobs. If I could do it over again, I wouldn't change a thing (except I'd apply at other carriers sooner!).

With a voter turnout of 79 percent, 87 percent voted against the LOA and 13 percent voted in favor.

So.... What does this mean for the future of ATI? Does this give NAC a better chance of getting the DHL 737 flying?

The 13% "in favor" votes came from the MEC, committee members, and other pilots who hold union positions. Regular everyday ATI line pilots mostly all voted it down.
This move by the union endorsing this bullcrap LOA has caused me to lose all my remaining faith in this MEC. How can they look us in the eye and say a huge paycut, losing home basing and giving up 2 weeks of vacation is a "good deal"? Besides, the majority of the furloughed pilots have found other employment anyway.

Good luck southern guys...remember if you give up your home basing you'll never get it back

If my numbers are close, that's about 15 "yes" votes and 103 "no". That's a pretty good result, IMO.
