I don't see how the Affordable Care Act caused this to happen.

Nothing in the past ever forced them to provide health insurance and they could have done this any time.

In the end if they need to provide benefits to recruit and retain, they will. If they don't, they won't. Unless those 15,000 vote union and negotiate for it.

Causation is clearly evident, in a few years you are also going to enjoy paying taxes on the value of your insurance regardless of provider.

Union or no union.

Yeah just because the government makes something more expensive is no reason to blame the government when a corporation decide to no longer offer it.

Also, the vast majority of them are management and ineligible to "vote union".

Really?! Cost of health care will go up for every eninty. (period) You cant cover 30 million unisured and subsudize low income issurance at no extra cost.
