Default FDX- Three strikes- You're Out!

This one is signed.

Content for all "On The Radar" articles is written by a group of relevant executives – not a single author. This collective effort is led by Contract Administration to create the most accurate and comprehensive view of a topic possible. The executive-authors come from Contract Admin, Labor Relations, Flight Operations, Flight Standards and Training.

Sounds like it was written by the guys in skirts flying pandas around the world.

On this day, 9/11, you would think that the company could suspend their contract drivel for just one day.

At least that's how I feel about it.

Not really. They should all put their names at the bottom. Then it would be signed.

I get the impression someone wants all those people to sign. But they haven't.

I can't believe these morons. Safety first, right boys? I'm flying by the contract, the PHB and the FOM. Nothing more, nothing less. No favors, no extensions, all business.

This is astounding. What moron thinks spamming us with this is a good idea. The company has lost all credibility! Are you available for draft? NO. Will you extend your duty day? NO. Can you help us? NO

I still believe this a diversion tactic while they attempt to take something else away. They sure are helping unify this group even more! 3 days in a row and on 9/11, insulting and offensive is all I can think of!

Ridiculous.....if it wasn't so clumsy it might irritate me. This is kinda like watching some guy going through a midlife crisis trying to hit on a hottie who's not interested.....

imagine if you will, a guy like me. Paunchy, beginning to gray, wearing jeans, a polo shirt, leather jacket and my white cross trainers......trying to hit on the waitress, the bartender, and finally the hottie at the bar. They're all being polite, mainly because the first two are paid to be polite to him, the third one is a polite, because she is nice, but is really not interested in his clumsy advances......If he keeps it up, she'll quit being polite and he'll be embarassed in front of his peers.

Eventually, he'll go to the bar at the end of the street.....you know...the one with no windows....and get a little eye candy from a bunch of women who've already sold out and slide down chrome poles.....after all, they have an excuse, they're single moms trying to pay their way through college....you understand.

I tried a little bit of Mr. Pibs. With one sip, I've already had a belly full, and the thought of it gives me indigestion...

Here's the deal though, like anything else, when someone pesters me, they lose credibility...when I tell them I have an advisor for that particular steaming turd they are trying to sell me, I expect that they will honor my wishes, not be boorish and persist in bad manners just because I've had the good manners to artfully deflect their poor social skills.

"Hey, thanks for the free lunch.....these burgers are great.....I already told you once that I had someone who looks at all that stuff for me, and then we make a decision together.....you really need to talk to him ....are you going to eat those fries? No, no, no....lets not spoil this beautiful day by talking shop...and I don't want to talk about it in the airplane......seriously.....seriously......have your people call my people."

Its not personal...just business.....same way I treat the nice guy trying to sell me expensive whole life.....talk to my advisor please.

"I"M IN and MY NEGOTIATING COMMITTEE SPEAKS FOR ME"
