Good summary, thanks to the indecisive Mai-Tai fan.

With two direct hire from military, I'm curious how many of the remaining 12 were civilian only, or mixed civil/military.

I think 14 well qualified and well networked pilots were hired. Don't worry about others background, improve your resume and network,network, network!!
