Yes. The better questions are "Would it be effective?" and "Would it be worth the risk?"

If it ever got out that the company-funded troll enticed workers into an illegal labor action, it could be seen as an approval. Any sane corporate legal department would squash this idea.

That said...there are insane firms out there.
