Thanks for your input. I live in an area that has had an FO slot open for over 9 months. I have been off of work for that long. I never applied specifically because of the contract.

I had a job lined up in HNL but it was only verbal and now it is many months out if at all. Very Depressing since I really need a change in scenery. This would be a perfect fit for me.

Default "Floater"

Can someone tell me what exactly this means. Empire and Mountain say "Floater" but what happens when you need to "Float" somewhere?

Per Diem
Hotel
Means etc...

Where are you based. So ATL Floater means what?

It looks like East Coasters-Mountain
West Coasters-Empire

HNL would be awesome but its expensive

You are on reserve and you are required to travel to a city to cover a run for purposes of sick calls, vacation, training, etc. for crewmembers based in those cities. The company will normally pay for your transportation, hotels, and per deim when you are away from your designated reserve base.

Anything new with Empire other than the pay has gone way up? flying a 208 up in the PNW doesn't seem to be a horrible gig. But how is the QOL for the 208 guys? What's the schedule like?
