FDX......No Practice Bid?

Ok, so its 1423L and the practice bid 3 is not released. I'm sure there are no surprises here, but it is amazing that it takes so long for them to publish this info on the days that they say they will. It probably takes about 10-15 secs of processing time max, and then another mouse click or two to publish.
Trust them. They'll do it correctly. And when they fix your problem, the next 10 guys that are affected negatively won't even know it, because that won't be published.
Sure, bring on the PiBS.

My question is "Why even have 'practice' bids?" Fill out your bid sheet with your preferences. Company processes and issues the results. If there's a flaw, they fix it.
