Mod note NoKoolAid - there is no cancellation.
You stop coming to the site for a year and the membership goes inactive.
I see you are struggling with your decision to leave though having come back to the site 3 times after your goodbye.
If you like - - I could permanently ban your account if that will help you with cutting the cord.

Cancel my membership!

I'm begging you, please release me.
I can't take it anymore.
Can I call in fatigued or should I just call in sick?

A leave of absence seems like a promise to return.
That is not the intent. Complete elimination and obliteration of NKA profile is requested.
Does anyone care about freedom of choice?
Is this site actually run by BM?
Dammit ... it's so clear to me now.

Yes?

No cancellation? That's spelled out so well for everyone.
Sounds excellent - ban me permanently! I can take it.
Let that be a lesson to the rest of the community.

Adios ...

So you post six times after stating that you are done? Are you my wife?

Well I didn't get the pleasure of giving NoKoolAide his last dying wish, but he'll be back with another username in no time so maybe I'll get a another try.
For the community at large -there is no membership cancel button. If you don't want to post on, or be apart of the APC community any longer - just don't sign on. So simple a pilot could do it (or not I guess)

Adios ...
I found it at the top of each forum, elusively titled "Forum Rules". I also think I read the same text when I signed up.

User Accounts

Forum users are allowed one user account. Users posting under multiple accounts will be removed at the sole discretion of Airline Pilot Central. De-activating and/or canceling an account is as easy as walking away. User accounts without activity within the preceding year (365 days) will be deleted from the database.
