It says part 135 mins for 208 captain. is 800 PIC a hard requirement?

It's not a fast time building position, but they flying overall on the ATR will provide good varied experience and all weather condition.

Fort Lauderdale, FL (FLL) - Floater

Greensboro, NC (GSO) – Floater

Indianapolis, IN (IND) – Floater



**We operate Monday – Friday (sometimes Saturday morning). ALL our pilots are required to have a physical address within one hour of their base.**



ATR First Officer initial hire pay: $26,250

ATR Captain initial hire pay: $44,100

Caravan Captain initial hire pay: $34,388



Benefits (medical, dental, vision, sick, holiday, education reimbursement, wellness program) are available on the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment. 401k is available after 6 months.

This pay scale has been updated along with a few other things.

Mountain Air Cargo is hiring FO's and Street Captains for multiple bases in the FedEx system!

MEM ATL MOT
IND BUF
MIA CLT
SYR

These are salary based positions with opportunities for lots of soft money.

ATR first officers start at $38,000
ATR captains start at $57,000

Two types of position:
Floater... Pilots either fly a local run, float out to a FedEx plane base, or sit reserve.
Based... pilots fly the local run

Floater ATR PIC fly 3 weeks then get a paid week off. This equates to about 13 weeks per year.
Floater ATR SIC fly 5 weeks then get a paid week off. This equates to about 7 weeks per year.
Based ATR PIC fly 3 weeks then get paid week off.
Based ATR SIC fly 10 weeks then get a paid week off. This may be changing soon to a 5 week rotation.

Soft money description
*If you work your PTO it's at 200% pay. ( this applies for PIC or SIC positions)
*If you are on duty (traveling to airplane or operating) on a Sat or Sun 150% pay
*Per Diem $37.00/day.

Most of our runs are 4 day out and backs. There are a few 5day runs that cover FedEx Saturday AM delivery schedule.
You leave Sunday evening or Monday morning and are typically back home by Friday afternoon.

Travel is positive space paid for by the company.
Hotels are positive paid by the company.
Rental cars are positive paid by the company.

There is no trading contract for the C208.

Also once you meet 121 sic requirements they will get you your ATP and offer you a transition if you interested. I believe that there is a 1 year training contract for the ATP-CTP course.

You will keep your caravan pay scale until you upgrade to PIC on the ATR.

Once you get the 121 PIC minimums they will offer you an upgrade evaluation. No wait or politics involved in upgrades like other regional airlines.
