Any idea what is competitive for flight time? I've heard that interview is a sim and hr panel. I've also heard that upgrade is performance based. Sounds like an interesting company for sure.

Yes every mechanic and pilot does have a company credit card...

Upgrade does follow down the list but because there has been such a wide variety of experience and backgrounds, some have been temporarily looked over do to insurance or experience reasons. The most common reason for getting overlooked has been minimum 121 as it has affected many FO's. It's hard to get a dependable view of upgrade time. The most recent candidate had been here for 8 months.

Sorry for the ignorance here but what is the minimum 121 requirement?
