Dunno how long it's been since you've used this site, but company now requires a 6 mos periodical test to utilize MyIDtravel. It is only available on company mainframes too. The corporate travel office has details on how to do the test. I did it a couple months back. I booked travel for my family yesterday with little/no issues. Hope this helps.

Since our ramp buddy in OAK made an idiot of himself and us on SWA, we ALL have to re-validate every 6 months. And you can only take the test on a company computer. If you are one day beyond your 6-month "I will not be a jerk" test, the site will not let you log on.
And yes, siggy112, this is about FedEx, as stated in the thread title. Glad you can log on with no issues, whatever company you work for.

Clutch, are you using the discount site or the travel site?
The travel one lets you look at and book flights directly. As in, choose an airline, then choose a flight. That is the one that I have had to take the test for.
The discount one just gives you discounts on everything. It includes airfare, but is not as good as the "real" one.
If we can use the easy one now without the stupid test, great!
