I write this post for anyone who googles failed Hogan test and ends up here.
What a difference a week makes. PMA so important, but I'll admit sometimes its tough. Stay the course and think positive. Failed the UPS Hogan last Tuesday, but then Friday UAL emails. Passed their Hogan yesterday, and guess what else happens, DAL emails. Interviews now scheduled for both. Reserve hiring came through today also. What a week I've had.
For the Hogan, having a positive attitude at the time is important, and I suppose one needs to recognize that different companies may be looking for different personality traits. Also, don't lie, yes I said to false to "I don't hate anyone". Impossible to not hate terrorists.

Good luck with whomever you get hired by. Its a frustrating process. I did the United interview in 95 and they were complete jerks. Nothing against United though. I interviewed at United and SW and ended up at FX. Its all a mystery. Enjoy your career and don't let the contract negotiation process get you down, its just business.

Was that a joke? There's at least 3 MD vacancies in ANC, so I'm not sure where that statement comes from, other than someone lobbing a grenade.....
I'll say it again to anyone thinking of working here....
Seek life elsewhere.
You'll thank me someday
Carry on........
