Bumping this all the way back up. Johnny is a good trainer, plus he's not over priced and there are no gym membership fees.

Used a personal trainer for a year with moderate results and then tried P90X--lost 45lbs in 3 months and you can do ALL of the workouts in your hotel room with bands (don't buy the cheap ones). Best workout routine I have done to date and it will pay for itself versus a personal trainer in a week.

Default Crossfit = best workout ever

NoHaz...is right.

P90X has nothing on Crossfit. Crossfit is the most complete approach to health and fitness no matter what state of health ( or fat a$$ness) you find yourself in right now.

Personal trainers are fine, if you find a good one. But, if you go sign up at your local Crossfit gym you will transform your life. It gives you the benefits of having a personal trainer without the high cost ( Crossfit memberships are $100 to $200 month). The best money you'll ever spend.

Workouts are constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements. The Crossfit philosophy is an all encompassing approach to a healthier life.

I know I'll get some negative comments but they will be from people whom don't know Crossfit. I've tried all kinds of fitness routines (p90x, running, all kinds of weight training, martial arts and so on) and nothing comes close to the results I've gotten from Crossfit.
