hey mem guys...started with this personal trainer with a few other guys recently...johnny loper(ex pro football player) has his own place in olive branch...$20/hr for 12 sessions...unbelievable workouts...r1200rt turned me on to him...high intensity workouts....one on one...great guy...u fatbodies need it...if you see a ripped up guy in ops..that would be me...check him out...

hey hey hey...i was hanging out with the mechanics at riddle...the tough guys had raybans and "tom cruise" leather jackets...i wasn't in that club....and i have seen u waddling around ops...give johnny a call...

I always enjoyed flying with fat guys in the other seat. I felt that if a window blew out, we could stuff them in the hole and we'd be good to FL390. Besides, how do you think they got that way in the first place? Drinking, smoking, and fishing are my guesses. A word of advice, if you've not worked out much in the recent past, you might get the ok from your doctor, before starting a high energy workout. Or maybe Captain Mark is suggesting the workout so that he can move up a few numbers.
