Unfortunately going to a Part 121 operation with a fleet of
B-777s dedicated to sports teams limits them to high end clients and not market realities for the type of aircraft they fly.
B-777s dont like to sit. I wish them luck and hope they prove me wrong.

They forgot to mention what the pilot can expect from the company
Starting at least 330k and DC?
QUALIFICATIONSThe Captain must have:
Supplemental Part 121 experience preferred
FAA ATP License, First Class Medical, FCC Certificate
Legal authorization to live and work in U.S.
Valid, unrestricted U.S. passport
No FAA accident history or history of regulatory violations
Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug test
Fluent in English (read, write, speak, understand)
Strong communication, sharp judgment, attention to detail, and hospitality mindset
B777 or other Boeing aircraft experience preferred
5,000 hours total time (fixed wing) with EFIS/FMS/Glass flight deck experience
2,000 PIC hours in Aircraft weighing over 154,000 lbs.
1,000 hours in turbojet
1,000 hours Part 121, 91, or 135
SIC isnt as bad, but still some high aspirations
