And you open a profile just to write this?
Did your "friend at K4" tell you that when they get rid of the flying beer cans, whom ever stays with this outfit (for lack of possibilities to get hired elsewhere) will go to the bottom of the seniority list ? could that be the reason why more than half of the top DC9 fleet pilots quit this company?

1. Why don't you stick to what you know and not to hearsay ?
2. To the best of my knowledge K2 does not and did not let go of any pilot, they just can't afford to - they all quit as soon as they realize the mistake they made when they signed up for this outfit , it is so bad that some quit way before they had anything else lined up.
3. The scabs and the mentally challenged at K2 management will try to get you violated so that you'll have no choice but to stay with them.
4.Any job is better than a K2 job ( but you "my friend " already knew that)

and back to the point:

********STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !******************

Chyna you seem to have a bad time here lol. So far, I've enjoyed it. The flying is fun, haven't met anyone I don't like, pay checks keep on coming, schedule is good.

And you've been with the company how long ? a whole 6 months ? wow ! wait a little slick , this is usually when the honeymoon is over Why in your opinion more than half of your fleet ( DC9) all senior pilots have gone elsewhere ? ( non for a legacy carrier and all to the bottom of a new place seniority list ) this is the reason they hired your class .
Where do you think you'll be going when they finally ground the DC9s ? if you are crazy enough to stay , and if this place remains in business you'll be going straight to the bottom of the 73 seniority list... oh wait..you have a union on the property

lay off the kool aid you'll be thanking me later .

I'm not drinking any kool aid lol. Just my observations. Obviously people are leaving for bigger and better. Who wouldn't? As others have said, if you are so miserable working here then why are you still working here? Literally every place in the entire world is hiring

If he hasn't left its because he's got skeletons in the closet. I've seen this type of behavior at a previous employer. All talk no action.

That is the point the you are missing , captains have left for a first officer position with the regionals , first officers have gone from the top of the first officer seniority list to the bottom of a regional FO list , other first officers quit in favor of a King air job ,others for some medevac prop job , a senior captain has gone to the bottom of the first officer list of another ACMI ( not Atlas or alike) anybody that can- quits ! why ? because K2 is the worst outfit and it is managed by incompetent SCABS and lunatics , why in your opinion it is a requirement that you be a SCAB to be appointed Chief pilot at K2 ? (with one exception whom they initially even refused to hire)
How many CPs did K2 have in the last 3 years ? why ?

Listen , obviously there are those pilots who have been there from the beginning and for them to go elsewhere would be a financial suicide given their current pay and years left before retirement . but for anybody to even consider signing up as a new hire ? this place will get you violated , DC9 or 727 time these days ? doesn't get you anywhere in fact , it'll actually work against you .
