Not a really good idea these days...they follow the "don't call us, we'll call you" method of recruiting pilots.

Just be patient and keep plugging away at your daily life, and if they want to interview you, they will call...they will even leave messages, and give you a chance to get home from a trip, etc

Good luck.

If you submitted one, it's being considered. That said, calling the office won't work in your favor. They're inundated and a call may have a more negative effect.

Isn't your delta retirement enough? Or your business at home? Why must you take a job from someone else who needs to feed their family?

Ever occur to you young entitlement types that maybe some guy may have accumulated that time and done those crossings at ATA or someplace similar and finds themselves on the street at a late point in their career?

Or maybe you think everyone that has been in the business has socked back a couple mil. If you think that you better look at the trend of the industry over the last 2 decades.

+1!!

And guess what? We actually have several ex-Delta guys that have been at Atlas for several years now...great guys to fly with, great to share a beer with on a layover...If you are qualified, Atlas will hire you.

So, let's all move on...Atlas casts a pretty wide net. If you have what they want, you're in.

I know exactly what I was talking about, apparently you don't. I have no problem with someone who got screwed at ATA, however, this person was not the case. Sounds like someone's still bitter Southwest didn't give them a job.
