Agreed. The only thing going up is number of hours needed to get an offer letter in hand.
Of course, there may be some games played, like the LCCs who looked at a pilot who would be a prime candidate to jump to the big 6 as soon as they build a little more time.

Without digging too deep into the forum archives, and simply looking at the pay periods/scale. Can someone who is or was at National give a basic idea of what monthly pay actually comes out to be? I'm looking at the 25 hour minimum every two weeks at $85/hour. Thank you!
