Last I talked to Francesca, they are super focused on staffing up theE-120 as of right now. She mentioned the possibility of a small E-145 class in Aug/Sept. We currently have 25 pilots. According to their staffing plans, they need 15 Captains and 15 First Officers to staff the 6 jets on property. But those 6 planes won't be fully in use until Nov1, so they have some time to get it together.
My last count off the top of my head was 11 Captains, but two are wrapped up in sim training. Only one FO is close to meeting the requirements to upgrade. So I see them having the need to hire a few more street Captains, but the intent is to upgrade In seniority order. there is indeed a seniority list being compiled and as a street Captain you may be junior to some FOs.

I try to keep up with Francesca on hiring. Supposedly the next 145 class is set for September. No idea if they have all the pilots they need or not. An email this morning is first I heard of them looking for Citation X guys. The company has a Citation XL on the 135 certificate, guess they want some speed.

E145 FO-Based in either KSHD or KLWB. Not commutable, but supposedly some sort of company provided housing. Must have ATP.
E120 PIC-Home Based. ATP, 5000TT, 1500 Multi
