Yes, it is the 1224 that is putting up online job postings for Omni advertising nonexistent pay rates and benefits and perpetuating that lie to new FOs in ground school. GMAFB.

If it wasn’t for the 1224 shenanigans, misrepresentations and outright lies, the pay rates, along with many other substantial improvements, will be very close to reality right about now. TIYFB

Unfortunately I will be in the air on Friday during the Union conference call.
I was hoping that some of you that have seen my posts will represent me during the call.
Remind them that they now have successfully transferred at least 4.5 million dollars of their hard fought negotiated pay raise back to the company.
Thanks!

As for the recent letter from the CP. I was wondering if contract negotiations would speed up if NOBODY signed up for it?
I’m sure they will have no shortage of volunteers AFTER the contract has been negotiated and voted on.

I hope 1224 isn’t perpetuating this stupidity and it’s just typical millennial uneducated nonsense.

This Thread is a joke, 79 pages and it hasn’t solved anything. As an Omni line holder why would we want to post anything here for the world to see (Company, Atlas, disgruntled employees or any random person who gets their kicks stirring the pot)?
We all know that the company is not concerned about coming back to the table just a long as the planes are moving. If we pilots want to get things moving we have the power. Put our money where our mouth is.
1. Stop volunteering for extra days.
2. If you are sick call in sick don’t give me your flu.
3. If you have vacation day’s use them don’t cash them out.
4. Don’t wave your rest and volunteer to ride the plane home.
5. Don’t suggest or recommend pilots to come here until the contract is signed.
6. Don’t sign up for the new program.
7. And I know this would be a hard one if all current program and instructors would give notice that they wanted to exit these positions.
If we could get the company motivated then maybe union negotiations would precede post haste.

Hey guys let’s welcome a new person. Yet another one with the jackass statement that the company is the problem for not getting back to the table.

My opinion is that K4 management was motivated by expansion plans and us being unable to hire qualified pilots. That is what brought the final TA to fruition. Once DW stepped in with his last minute shenanigans our team, after appealing up the Teamster chain and back down unsuccessfully, was able to get the NLB to step in.
There may be another way but I don’t know of one. After we leave next month, perhaps the Teamsters will come to their senses, although I am not optimistic about that.
Our decertification vote has started.

Spam’s opinion is not invalid, maybe just a little misdirected. Until your negotiations team and the company go to the NLB, the Teamsters will keep you in limbo.

Man its fun getting screwed! All Omni pilots need to read the above and understand. We should be the next to decertify.
