Have you seen how few we've been able to hire just the past month compared to late 2020?
They will HAVE to offer close to what the best regionals have if they want to be able to attract pilots to grow. This pilot group is very likely to vote down anything that isn't in the top half of the rest of the regional industry....and not just in terms of pay, but probably more importantly work rules.
