Anybody know if this will be true growth, or are they planning on replacing the Qs? Any new base opening, and what about the pay scale?

From what I've heard they are all XJT. Our deliveries finish in April.

The whipsaw has changed to "pilot poaching". What better way to wipe out competition than to take their pilots? This is the only way any airline can staff 40 additional airplanes realistically in today's market.

Does C5 still have 21 Qs? If they do, they aren't all flying. I routinely see 3 or 4 parked at the remote pad in Dulles.
