Record in our office for people that are leaving is 54 minutes. That was submission to call back at PSA.

So can anyone give a reliable update on how the new hiring is going vs the attrition?

Is Compass gaining pilots, losing pilots, or just sort of treading water?

Actual NUMBERS of Captains and FOs woukd be nice too, if you have those stats...

From treading water to slight gain I'd say. Feb attrition slowed down and classes are doing ok so we might get a bit of a breather now. I'd give you numbers but it's kind of a lot of work for me for no reason sooo.
