Bingo winners get a preferred interview at Delta. It's totally real, the best preferred interview in the industry.

Geezum, even our interview isn't preferred.

I wish I made what I made at Compass trimming trees and cutting lawns.

So we can start wearing the festive epaulets if we buy them. Does that mean we can wear holiday ties as well already?

I put the tie on the day after Thanksgiving. I don't think you have anything to worry about.

I’ve been wearing the holiday tie as well. I always wear it around the holidays, and never heard anything negative.
there’s some provisions in our manual about getting it approved from a chief etc.. just be reasonable in your choice

Wrong thread, belongs in TOTD.
That's crazy though, I don't get all the anger. Did you tell him you were a non rev? What did he say?

TOTD?

Told him I was nonrev and he didn’t believe me and wanted to see my ID. Upon seeing it he got on a soap box about how CPZ and OO Pilots always try to sneak on his airplane without asking him. Says he has stopped them from deplaning before to ask them why they would do such a thing. Gave me the impression that he wanted all pilots, even nonrev, to ask permission

Kinda would like to put a note in to the right people about this, but not sure.

I can guarantee if he hadn’t caught me at the gate, he would have stopped me from deplaning and asked all these questions in front of paying pax. Seems to be a military guy that needs to be in charge
