Yes, and just a little added fun tidbit. They can, and do, go back through your KCM records to ensure that you were through KCM prior to your report time.

If you were not. They can withhold it.

I am not sure how this story ends. But I would guess it is with a grievance and Chief Pilot intervention

Is there an Oct employee call on the schedule? Typically we see them set on the schedule right after the previous one, did I miss an email??

I was able to get the full vacation payout when I left Compass a little over a year ago. Don't recall getting any pushback or hassle about it either. It's unfortunate if they're now starting to try to make it more difficult than it needs to be, especially with lots of people leaving...
