It's been about 3 weeks of silence, has anyone else had this experience?

Holy p!ss poor way to do business, Batman! Apply elsewhere.

TBNT Email received today

FYI, finally got a TBNT Email today. Applied back in August. I've had been keeping my app current since applying and sent and email to recruiting a couple times since but just got an email this morning.

I've had a CJO from another carrier since Oct and was waiting on a class date from them, but kept hoping to hear from compass sooner. Starting there this month so it worked out in the end but thought I'd post an update that they seem to be cleaning out their backlog of applications.

Sorry to hear that. I'm sure it's a matter of timing, and obviously you're good enough for another carrier. Best endevours on your career and hope to see you at the majors!

You need an invite to come to a compass hiring event?! What are we Southwest now??

nah, we're like that guy who wears gender neutral "hipster boots" and takes too long to order at Starbucks.. Thinking he's a real "10"

-no offense to any compass pilots who wear hipster boots, I'm sure they look great

I do have a good collection of shoes and boots, so have that covered. Here is what is listed under each recruiting event

"Compass Airlines will be hosting a recruiting event for Flight Attendants, Mechanics, and Pilots. Interviews will be by invite only and no same day interviews will be conducted. The information session for Pilots is open to the public and will begin at 1pm.

Pilots - Please apply via Airline Applications in order to be considered for an invitation to interview. "
