They say you're not a real airline pilot until you've been furloughed and been on strike. Maybe you can knock out the one right out of the gate...

Thats my plan since for me an OO or other wouldnt be until early spring.

What is Compass' take on doing some side CFII work ? I am not a full time instructor but have someone local that is looking to work on their instrument rating. Being a tiny mountain town there are 2 of us CFI's here and I am the only current instrument one.
