The wording in the flow agreement states that no CPZ pilots will be hired outside of the flow

Default Frontier Flow - Warning

TSA announced their flow with Frontier before Frontier had their new contract. This was odd to say the least because people weren't really even applying to Frontier, much less needing to flow there. A couple of FO's a month would go there, usually Denver based, just to escape the regional life.

After the flow was announced, Frontier stopped taking TSA applications. They started only taking TSA guys through the flow, at the 2 per month trickle.

I don't know the details of these Frontier flow programs, but I haven't found anyone else in the know. It almost seems that part of the agreement is that Frontier will stop hiring off the street from companies with a flow program. As far as I know, this was strictly a management project, with no input from the union.

Oh good to know.. Welp. The poll seems show a good split. The real question is will the top 25% (or whatever percent interests you) bypass or not. I'm curious to see how far junior the flow goes.. Especially since each month captains will leave for other airlines and the list will continue to move.

Im about 3%, the top 10 or so couldn't make it through a free ride to Delta so maybe they will try but I doubt it depending on age. We have from something like 3500 to 5000+ PIC depending on pickups. I cant speak for the other seniors but it goes without saying we have a difficult time making it happen. There is no reason to be getting more PIC and it looks negatively at this stage. My point is besides the top 1% I think us seniors are going, the downside is not really there if we want to keep trying for a major, an Airbus type can only help. I have never lived in base so I cant really know what im losing out on. I think I can speak for many of the seniors when I say if this wasn't a real flow and we had to interview we would not do it, most of us could get on with an LLC if we put in any kind of effort whatsoever. We are just in to deep not to go where we want to go at this point. Many of us seniors have fix it letters from Delta, we have to take that into consideration as well. Also all of you young people need to get off my lawn with your life that has not been destroyed yet and you still have hopes and dreams. Im curious for the jr people, would you rather see a bypass and see the flow go more jror would you rather have the senior people leave to gain seniority.

That's a very interesting data point. Would imply that just about all TSA captains declined or deferred (or were able to go to other carriers). Wonder if that has changed since the new F9 contract.

Be real, who would want to/ or even think about going to F9 with that old garbage contract.
