It's been a privilege to fly with you all. As we finalize the last few flights we have left, I can't help but remember all the fun times had by the amazing crews. Some of the greatest trips, greatest crew members, dealing with management that often set us up for failure. Godspeed to you all.

6047 TUL-LAX on Sunday looks to be the last revenue flight under the Compass callsign. Aircraft heads to AVQ after.

Completely random question... I remember a few years ago someone made a song about Compass and posted it to YouTube... Anyone have a link for that?

RL sounds like he is officiating a compass funeral in his latest memo.. Full of flowery words and "family" talk.. In real life though, our payroll hours are messed up, sick time has all kinds of problems, they changed all the furlough dates today without notice or reason-- probably to underpay the 4/1-4/6 award due everyone who wasn't initially furloughed, break contract provisions and LOAs, and put the good management pilots in impossible positions. That's the real TSH. Ide be shocked if we don't have to fight tooth and nail for final payouts post furlough.

Good riddance

I’m just glad I never have to read a memo that includes the statement “unwavering commitment” to safety, professionalism, etc. No one will forget how badly TSH has handled the end of Compass operations. If you tell people they will be let go on 04/06 and then let them go on 03/31, you’re trash. HK is cashing out as much as possible.

Oh yeah, forgot about the poor SOC staff. It's such a bold faced money grab.

This was great meme and probably has more truth in it that I initially thought. I'll bet we have to go to arbitration for our sick pay and this furlough date fiasco
